Perched high above Canary Wharf on the 37th floor of Novotel London Canary Wharf, Bōkan 37 combines modern European dining with spectacular panoramic views across London, the Thames and the surrounding Docklands.

The award-winning AA Rosette restaurant takes inspiration from the rich mix of European cultures and flavours that have travelled along the Thames over the centuries. Led by Executive Chef Robert Manea, the kitchen brings together carefully sourced British and seasonal ingredients to create contemporary dishes with a distinctly European influence.

The setting is every bit as memorable as the food. Industrial details, exposed materials and dockyard-inspired design reflect the maritime heritage of the Isle of Dogs, while floor-to-ceiling views provide a dramatic backdrop stretching across Canary Wharf, Greenwich and the City of London. Despite its impressive location, Bōkan 37 maintains a warm and relaxed atmosphere, making it equally suited to a special occasion, an evening dinner or simply discovering London from a different perspective.

Menus evolve with the seasons, allowing Chef Robert and his team to make the most of the produce available throughout the year, with vegetarian and vegan choices also available.

Good to know

Restaurant reservations are generally allocated a two-hour dining period and are subject to availability. Window tables cannot be guaranteed and are allocated on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Bōkan 37 is for dining reservations; guests looking to enjoy drinks can head to Bōkan 38 or the rooftop bar and terrace on Level 39.

Bōkan is a cashless venue and accepts card payments only. As menus are driven by seasonal produce, dishes may change throughout the year.
